APPLICATION

8- ANGK Vertical Semi-Submersible Pump Units are used for transferring both liquids, pure/moderately contaminated with mechanical impurities/chemically active and neutral, and flammable materials with a density of 600…1,900 kg/m³, a viscosity of 75 cSt max., (parameters of the pumpable product may differ from those above mentioned upon agreement with the Manufacturer) in a temperature range of minus 40 °С to plus 100 °С, from tanks, vessels, etc. under gas explosion hazardous environment.

These Pump Units are widely used in chemical, petrochemical, food, pharmaceutical, processing and electric power, water industries, etc.

SPECIFIC FEATURES

• Pumps have high efficiency.
• All Pump Units should be hydraulically and parametrically tested without fail.
• Impeller diameters should be customer tailored taking into consideration the parameters requested.
• Material designs should vary depending on corrosiveness of the product pumpable.
• Depending on hazard of the product pumpable, Pump Units should be equipped with Mechanical Seals of various types manufactured by ANOD S&PC.
• Pump wet ends are manufactured in the Czech Republic.
• Pumps are equipped with block inspection sensor.
• Russian or foreign electromotors.
